Our certified organic juniper berry essential oil is steam distilled from the fruit of an evergreen tree grown in the woodlands of Bulgaria.

One of our favorite methods of using this essential oil is a massage blend that helps improve circulation and reduce water retention.

- For suspensions - individual diffusers, you should not add more than 3 drops, and for an electric aroma diffuser, 5 drops of this oil are sufficient.

- In an aroma bath, it is preferable to add up to 6 drops of essential oil diluted in a liquid or alcoholic emulsifier.

- For hot inhalations, do not add more than 3 drops of juniper oil to the water, and the duration of any hot or cold inhalation should not exceed 7 minutes.

- For compresses, only 5 drops of juniper oil are needed (per 10 g of base).

- Due to the unique phytoncidal properties of juniper oil, it is used not only for medicinal purposes and in cosmetic procedures, but also to protect pets from insect pests.

Important: Essential oils are highly concentrated plant essences. They must therefore be diluted with vegetable carrier oils.
