Freshly produced organic carrot juice (1 kg carrot juice from 1.5 kg organic carrots) is macerated in organic sesame oil (1 kg carrot juice per kg oil). After separation of the aqueous phase, the oily macerate is filtered and stabilized with 640
ppm organic sunflower oil-based rosemary extract.
