Apply Sage essential oil using all known aromatherapy methods:

• For a personal aroma diffuser, it is enough to drop 1 or 2 drops of aroma oil.
• For hot procedures - inhalations, aroma baths and saunas - 2 drops of sage oil will suffice.
• To enrich your favorite cosmetics, for every 15 grams of base, add 3 drops of sage oil.
• To aromatize the premises, including preventive purposes for colds or flu, 3 drops of aroma oil for every 15 square meters of the room will suffice.

Important: essential oils are highly concentrated vegetable essences, so they require dilution with carrier vegetable oils.
